A specially formulated cleaning solution is applied to the roof surface. This solution is designed to break down and lift contaminants such as algae and mold without the need for high-pressure washing, which could potentially damage the roof.

The cleaning solution is allowed to dwell on the surface for a specified period. This dwell time allows the solution to penetrate and loosen the contaminants effectively.

A final inspection will be conducted to ensure that all contaminants have been effectively removed and that the roof is clean and in good condition.
