The cleaning method and solution must be appropriate for the roof material and condition.

Before starting the cleaning process, the surrounding area is prepared by covering plants, windows, and other sensitive areas to protect them from the cleaning solution.

A specially formulated cleaning solution is applied to the roof surface. This solution is designed to break down and lift contaminants such as algae and mold without the need for high-pressure washing, which could potentially damage the roof.

The cleaning solution is allowed to dwell on the surface for a specified period. This dwell time allows the solution to penetrate and loosen the contaminants effectively.

A final inspection will be conducted to check the cleaning results and identify any areas that may need further attention.
